Nick Cook BS. NSCA-CSCS Nick, formerly Director of Athletic Development at a performance enhancement facility in Columbus, Ohio. Nick believes that training the body and mind only, leaves out a critical piece of an athletes development, and that is the heart (character). He believes that this area can not only be addressed but can be trained, just as the body and mind can be. It is his desire to develop Total Athletes, and to equip other coaches to do the same.
Tim Dornemann MA, NSCA-CSCS Tim graduated from Rockford College with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and earned a Master of Arts degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Tim has been certified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 1992. While at UNC, Tim taught weight training courses as a graduate assistant in the university’s activities program. During this time he had the opportunity to serve as a volunteer assistant strength coach with the intercollegiate athletic program.After UNC, Tim ran the fitness and wellness programs for the Frederick County and Cumberland YMCAs. Most recently, he served on the faculty at Carroll College in Waukesha, WI as an assistant professor of Exercise Science and the campus recreation coordinator. At Carroll College, Tim helped to design and implement the exercise science and recreation management majors.Currently he is coordinator of fitness and instructional programs at Lafayette College
Josh Hingst MS, RD, CSCCa-SCCC Josh is currently the Sports Nutritionist of the Atlanta Falcons. He recently was the Director of Sports Nutrition at Florida St. University where he also served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. Josh is a registered dietitian and has a master�s degree in clinical nutrition with an emphasis in Sports Nutrition. Josh graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he earned bachelor�s degrees in Exercise Science and Dietetics. Josh has over 9 years of experience in strength and conditioning from both the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Florida St. University. He is Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified through the CSCCa and is accredited as a registered dietitian. At one time he was also certified as a USA Weightlifting Club Coach and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. He was an adjunct professor at Florida St. University where he taught both Sports Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning. He is has also written articles and been a speaker at the national and state level
Brian Schilling Ph.D. Dr. Brian is a biomechanist specializing in the mechanical responses and adaptations to resistance exercise in healthy and special populations. He is a faculty member at the University of Memphis since 2004. He and his wife. Leslie reside in Memphis, TN, where Leslie owns and operates a nutrition therapy business.
